At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
